Covid-dengue pincer attack worries authorities

Even as the pandemic rages on, several cases of Covid patients, also suffering from dengue, have been reported from across Kolkata over the past two months. Though few in number so far, the cases have raised an alarm since simultaneous treatment of the two diseases could be complicated as they may require conflicting medication, according to experts.
