WB: PCB lines up jail for rogue celebrations

West Bengal Pollution Control Board will slap the stringent Environment Protection (EP) Act against all fireworks related offences this year. If prosecuted, an offender could get a maximum jail term of five years and be fined up to Rs 1 lakh.
