Chhath Puja: HC makes Kol lakes out of bounds

Calcutta High Court on Tuesday said the National Green Tribunal’s (NGT) order banning Chhath Puja at Rabindra Sarobar and Subhash Sarobar — passed two years ago and upheld this year — must be implemented “in totality”, unless the Supreme Court ordered otherwise.
