Launch of Phoolbagan station deferred to March

With the commissioning of the first phase of East-West Metro missing yet another deadline — November 30 was the last date — the launch of the Phoolbagan section — the first underground station of the Howrah Maidan-Salt Lake from the eastern end — has been pushed back to March next year.
