AQI back to ‘very-poor’ zone in Kolkata

Within 72 hours of cyclone Bulbul and the accompanying rain healing the city’s ambient air to its healthiest best, the air quality declined even faster, swinging back to the ‘very poor’ category. Early on Wednesday, many of the air quality monitoring stations were found to have ominously spiked to the level that can trigger serious ailments.
