Bypolls: ECI appoints police, general observers

The Election Commission of India has appointed three police observers and three general observers for bypolls in Kaliagunj in North Dinajpur, Karimpur in Nadia and Kharagpur in West Midnapore district of West Bengal, scheduled on November 25.
