Fence along Maa flyover to tackle manja menace

The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) is working on plans to put up fences on both sides of Maa flyover, specially on the southern flank, to prevent alloy-coated kite strings from injuring bikers. KMDA sources said that an agency recently proposed such a fence with polycarbonate sheet.
