Man shot at for resisting bike-snatch attempt

A 46-year-old manager of a Park Street nursing home was shot at by a gang of robbers on Kalyani Expressway at Bhatpara in North 24 Parganas on Sunday night. The victim, Bivuti Ghosh, had tried to resist the goons as they tried to rob him of his new two-wheeler.
