Not a murderer: 72-yr-old freed after 16 years

2-year-old woman, who has been in prison for almost 16 years for the murder of her husband, is set to walk free after Calcutta High Court on Monday read down her crime, ruling it was not premeditated murder, but culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
