West Bengal: Now, submit life certificates online

The 3.5 lakh pensioners in Bengal will now be able to submit their life certificates online. They will be able to start the process from Tuesday itself, according to official sources. The pensioners, however, will have to visit any treasury or bank, for a one-time registration.
