WB: CM sends guv's letter to Partha Chatterjee

The stand-off between the state government and the governor showed signs of a let-up on Saturday after chief minister Mamata Banerjee forwarded governor Jagdeep Dhankhar’s letter to education minister Partha Chatterjee for response. Accordingly, the minister will be writing to the governor early next week.
