Baguiati death: Cops initiate murder case

Probing the unnatural death of an app-cab driver at Baguiati, Bidhannagar Police started a murder case on Thursday after preliminary post-mortem report hinted at multiple stab and blunt injuries on his body. The recovery of a blood smeared pillow cover and bed-sheet from a gunny bag raised the suspicion that the driver, Raja Das, had been murdered elsewhere and his body had been dumped on the road at Deshbandhunagar on Wednesday.
