Cyclone Bulbul: 'Not received funds from Centre'

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said in the state assembly on Monday that though the government has provided detailed accounts of the damages by the cyclonic storm ‘Bulbul’ but the state is yet to receive any kind of financial assistance from the Centre.
