Guwahati gets makeover for Modi-Abe meet

Several areas housing government buildings in the city are getting a creamy yellow makeover, as Guwahati gets set for the upcoming Indo-Japan Annual Summit to be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe. The meet is likely to be held on on December 15.
