Kol: Pocso cuffs on man for abusing minor girl

A middle-aged man was arrested for allegedly stripping and sexually assaulting a Class-VIII girl by locking her inside his Amherst Street flat. The accused tormented her for several minutes. The girl, who lives in the same apartment, later screamed for help after which the neighbours barged in.
