Kolkata: This Boxing Day, you’ll get to see a partial solar eclipse from 8.30am

A partial solar eclipse will be visible from the city the day after Christmas, with nearly half of the sun blacked out. The annular eclipse will begin at 8.26am and end at 11.32am with the maximum eclipse visible at 9.52am on December 26.
