Man held for sexually assaulting 14-yr-old girl

A middle aged man was arrested for allegedly stripping and sexually assaulting a class VIII girl, living a two floor below in the same building, by forcibly locking her inside his flat at Amherst Street and tormenting her for several minutes till she screamed for help and neighbours barged in.
