Brigade meetings push Book Fair to January 30

Book lovers in the city would have been in for an unusual treat this year but for two rallies at the Brigade grounds. The International Kolkata Book Fair, one of the most awaited annual events, was slated to start at least 11 days before schedule, as was announced at the close of the fair last February.
