CM turns lens on ‘quake-like’ Metro vibrations

A full-fledged state probe into the Majerhat bridge collapse would take into account “local complaints of earthquake-like vibrations because of the ongoing Metro construction work”, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said on Wednesday after visiting the site of Kolkata’s latest bridge-collapse tragedy.
